This PhD analyses city-scale historical water/wastewater-related energy use and GHG emissions. It seeks to answer: What are the characteristics of cities’ greenhouse gas emissions? What are multiple cities' historical water/wastewater-related greenhouse gas trends? And what are the lessons learned from their reduction implementation?
