Maximising all potential local water supply resources is critical to addressing water deficiencies in regional and rural Australia. This project seeks to research and pilot brine utilisation technologies to enhance the uptake of both seawater and brackish water in regional Australia under a range of conditions, to determine the suitability of the technology for dispersed small communities, industries, enterprises, and farms.
